“Basic immenities were not available like cream and even cups at the coffee station. The room was never cleaned during our stay. There was a mix up with the room. I reserved a king room and we received a room with two queen beds. We had to move rooms after unpacking. The front desk wasn’t knowledgeable about simple questions. “I have stayed at several older hotels, but I have never stayed in one so poorly maintained. The room smelled like mildew, carpet stained, dirty walls, bathroom door not allowed to dry post painting and it stuck/ ripped the paint off. Mini fridge broken. No drain stop in bathroom sink. Shower door leaks to the point of a puddle forming on the bathroom floor. This hotel is very poorly maintained. Not worth your money.”
